Dr Cuthrell Jr. Jr. Endowed Scholarship

Hannah's Heroes of NC established an endowed East Carolina University College of Education scholarship in memory of Hannah Cuthrell.

With your help, we plan to award the scholarship annually in 2025- the year Hannah would have started college. We can’t send Hannah to college but we can help others go. In true Hannah fashion, she helped us name this scholarship- Dr Cuthrell Jr Jr.

She had many interests and friends, but sometimes struggled in school. After some time and caring teachers to guide her, her confidence and excitement with school grew. She started signing her papers- Dr. Cuthrell Jr. Jr. The child that thought she would never pass third grade now believed she would become the next Dr. Cuthrell Jr. Jr. Our goal for this scholarship is to support future educators- elementary teachers, special education teachers, and school counselors- to find the Dr. Jr. Jr. in themselves and their students. Dr Cuthrell Jr Jr Endowed Scholarship

We are thrilled to announce the establishment of an endowed East Carolina University College of Education scholarship in memory of Hannah Cuthrell.
